Your choices to get over a breakup

There are several good ways to get over a breakup.

At the minute you're in all probability doing none of them, you are miserable and hopeless.

You should work out how to get over a breakup and move on or to get back together with dignity and positivity for your future together.

But, immediately, you should not be making the following errors.

Crying along with gloomy songs or "your" old songs on the radio

Starving yourself or over eating

Humiliating yourself by phoning your ex and his or her pals several times a day to try to keep contact

Constantly looking at your messages for calls from your ex

Thinking non- stop about the reason why they really left and what you ought to have said to make it better

Tirelessly rehearsing what you will say should you bump into them

Definitely not surprisingly, none of this stuff will assist you either move on or move back to the perfect relationship.

So what can work?

You should be feeling less and thinking more, more logically, that is and you have to create a strategy either for reconcilliation or to get over a breakup forever.

With this logical plan, you need to start living for yourself.

Only then will you be resilient and content in all of your current and potential relationships.
